Celebrate your Birthday at Heap’s Giant Pumpkin Farm! Birthday parties include all activities as well as a space to host your guests. Please see below for more details!

Weekend Daytime Slots Available:

Included With Party Package:

Up to 6 Picnic Tables

1 8 ft. Table for Gifts, Food, etc.

1 small pumpkin

Access to the admission area including: Hay Ride, Corn Maze, Soybean Maze, Milo’s Castle Playground, and the Heaps O’ Fun Barn Playground.
Conditions:

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time slot to set up.

Party must be cleaned up 10 minutes prior to the end of your time slot.

You are welcome to stay on the farm as long as you wish for the day, however, the party time slots are limited to 2 hours.

Cost is $12/person for a wristband (15 person minimum or $180)

ALL guests must have a wristband when entering the admission area for the party. Wristbands must be distributed prior to entering the admission area. Someone from your party must hand these out, our employees cannot do this. No exceptions.

Book Your Party:

A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at the time you book your party to hold your date and time. This will be deducted from your party’s total at the final payment.

You can add additional party guests on the day of your party.

Outside food and cake are welcome.

You may order baked goods such as pumpkin cookies or donuts from us but that order must be in no later than 1 week prior to your party date and paid for in full at that time.

What To Expect On The Day of Your Party:

Upon arriving, visit the ticket booth and ask for the Event Coordinator. This will be your point of contact for the time of your party.

The Birthday Party Coordinator will have your wristbands ready upon your arrival. At this time, you may purchase additional wristbands.

We recommend you plan to eat first as it is often difficult to regroup the party in the time allotted.

All party guests must have a wristband to enter the admission and party areas. Someone from your party must distribute these wristbands prior to entry. Our employees cannot do this. No exceptions.
